The College Chapel - Terenure College

At the centre of life in Terenure College is the College Chapel. This simple and beautiful building dedicated to God has two separate but integral spaces. The larger area is the main chapel which has the sanctuary area at its centre. This space is used for services involving the college such as Opening of the Year Masses and the Sixth Year Farewell Mass. It is also used for daily and Sunday Masses and for funerals. The second space is the Lady Chapel which comprises the original sanctuary and choir area which is used by the Carmelite community for the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours, for baptisms and for services with smaller congregations. The chapel also has a beautiful collection of stained glass windows by Frances Biggs which can be seen here.

Services in the College Chapel:

Monday - Saturday (including Bank Holidays and Holydays):

Mass at 9.30am.

Sunday:

Masses at 9.00am, 10.30am, and 12.00 noon.

The 12.00 Mass also includes the Children's Liturgy of the Word during school term time.
